QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience of 1 year as a Dental Receptionist is a must.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and electronic medical records is essential.
  • Proficiency in using Cleardent or similar dental software is highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing patient records and scheduling.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with patients and staff.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while multitasking effectively.
