✅ Is driven, motivated, and eager to learn – we’ll invest in you if you’re ready to grow!
✅ Has experience in customer service or admin (dental experience is a bonus but not essential).

• Welcoming and checking in patients with a smile
• Managing phone calls, emails, and appointment bookings
• Taking payments and explaining treatment plans professionally
• Supporting our clinicians with smooth daily schedules
• Keeping the reception area clean, calm, and well-organised
• Helping patients feel relaxed and cared for
