We are seeking a dedicated and organized Dental Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service while managing the front desk operations of our dental office. This role requires a blend of administrative skills, knowledge of medical terminology, and experience in a dental or medical office setting.

SKILLS

  • Proficiency in dental software such as Dentrix
  • Strong understanding of medical terminology related to dentistry.
  • Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist or in a similar role within a dental o office setting is required..
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in administrative tasks.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with patients and staff.
  • Experience handling front desk responsibilities, including managing multi-line phone systems. Join our team as a Dental Receptionist where you will play an essential role in providing quality care to our patients while ensuring efficient office operations.
