We are well established and highly regarded for our very high standards and excellent patient care and require a new team member to come with the same level of professionalism and attention to detail.
We now want to create a brand new role which focuses on looking after our new patients and ensuring that they have the best possible introduction to our practice.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Knowledge and experience of analysing data and marketing leads
  • 2 years of dental experience (desirable)
  • A good grasp of the Microsoft suite and quick to pick up new software (Word, Excel, Outlook, Diary Management system)
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Strong negotiation skills & ability to overcome objections
  • Organised with impeccable attention to detail
  • Positive attitude & self-motivated to hit bookings targets
  • Personable & friendly approach
  • Ability to keep calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
  • Outstanding customer service skills and telephone manner
  • Flexible approach to work with a positive attitude

Responsibilities
  • Booking qualified consultations for new patients in line with the patient journey
  • Picking up enquiries from all communications streams & marketing channels
  • Calling back patients in an organised & timely fashion
  • Following a structured patient qualification
  • Explaining costing and payment options to the patient
  • Achieving monthly conversion rates, targets and maintaining weekly reports
  • Answering the phone and proactively managing enquiries
  • Booking patient appointments and clinical diaries to maximise opportunities
  • Managing patient payments and cashing up
  • Undertaking general front desk administrative responsibilities including computer data entry, scanning and filing, ordering and responding to emails
  • Maintaining a safe and orderly immediate environment and work with the team to support the goals of the practice
  • Adhering to all practice protocols and policies particularly data security
  • Supporting all members of staff to maintain a smooth-running practice
