Description

Part time confident receptionist required for busy private practice. You should be able to use Outlook email and MS office. Must have good clear telephone manners, and be able to work under pressure.
Dental/ Medical reception experience would be an advantage, but not required as full training given.
Hours of work are:
Saturdays 8.45am to 5.15pm. One Saturday per month will be 8.45am to 1.15pm.
Mondays and Wednesdays 4pm to 7pm.

As a Part time Dental Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. Utilizing your core skills in office and administrative experience, you will manage patient appointments, handle inquiries, and maintain patient records with precision. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Outlook, will be essential in organizing schedules and communicating effectively with patients and staff. Your role as a dental receptionist will be crucial in ensuring a smooth and efficient operation of the dental practice, contributing to a positive patient experience and overall practice success.
