We’re specifically seeking someone with proven experience in a dental environment – this could be as a dental receptionist, treatment coordinator, or dental nurse.

ROLE OVERVIEW:

As a Dental Patient Coordinator/Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional service and ensuring everything runs smoothly at the front desk.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Deliver outstanding telephone and face-to-face customer service
• Manage appointment bookings and treatment plans for private patients
• Present finance and payment options clearly and confidently
• Collaborate closely with our private dentists to promote treatment plans
• Work with our digital marketing team to support practice promotions
• Maintain front desk operations with professionalism and efficiency
