Job Description We have an exciting opportunity for a customer service focused Dental Receptionist to join our friendly & experienced team at the Dental Practice on Broadway, in Woking. The essentials: 30 hours over 4 days on a rota basis Monday to Friday 10am - 6pm with non working day Tuesday or Friday weekly Competitive rate from £13.50 per hour Join our well established team in our reputable fully private specialist referrals practice Convenient central location with transport links locally (bus & train) The duties of this role will involve but not be limited to: Greet and check in patients in a friendly and professional manner Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments Answer phone calls and respond to emails Verify insurance information and process billing and payments Maintain and update patient records Handle patient inquiries about treatments, procedures, and office policies Coordinate with dentists, hygienists, and other staff Maintain a clean and organized reception area About you We’d love to receive your application to our Receptionist vacancy if you have the following skills and experience: Previous front of house Reception experience (ideally within a dental or healthcare setting, although this isn’t a must-have) A positive attitude, empathetic and well-organised Great communication skills, with a passion for delivering great service and building strong relationships with both colleagues and patients What do you get in return?
