JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Dental Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dental practice. The ideal candidate will possess strong office and administrative experience, ensuring that our team delivers exceptional patient care while maintaining a smooth and efficient practice environment. REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven office experience in a healthcare setting; dental practice experience is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong administrative skills with proficiency in office software applications.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with patients and staff professionally.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

  • Coordinate patient appointments and manage the front desk operations to enhance patient experience.
  • Handle billing, insurance claims, and financial reporting to ensure the practice’s financial health.
  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency and service quality.
  • Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional development among staff members.
