JOB SUMMARY

Our office in Oakville is looking for dental admin on temp basis for few weeks with Paradigm experience and must have minimum of 2 years experience as dental admin.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist
  • Experience using Paradigm , proficiency in electronic medical records is required.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with patients and staff.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and composure.
  • Knowledge of insurance processes related to dental care is beneficial but not mandatory.

Responsibilities
  • Greet patients warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out processes.
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments, ensuring optimal use of the dentist’s time.
  • Manage phone systems to handle incoming calls, answer inquiries, and provide information about services.
  • Maintain accurate patient records in electronic medical records systems, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
  • Process patient insurance claims and verify insurance coverage as needed.
  • Assist with billing inquiries and coordinate payment plans for patients.
  • Collaborate with dental staff to ensure smooth office operations and effective communication within the team.
  • Keep the reception area organized and welcoming for patients.
