REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in an administrative or office role is preferred, ideally within a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Proficient in using office software and equipment; familiarity with dental practice management software is advantageous.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Handle patient inquiries via phone and in person, providing information about services offered and addressing any concerns.
  • Maintain accurate patient records, ensuring all information is up to date and compliant with data protection regulations.
  • Process patient payments and manage billing inquiries efficiently.
  • Collaborate with dental staff to ensure seamless patient flow throughout the day.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, managing correspondence, and ordering office supplies as needed.
