Our Clinic is conveniently located on the Medstead, Four Marks border and is equipped with all the latest dental technology to ensure our patients receive the highest standard of care possible.

Responsibilities

Your main responsibility will be providing a first-class customer service to our many patients. We aim to go above and beyond to ensure that they receive a gold standard service within our forward-thinking practice.
Responsibilities:

As the first point of contact for our patients, you’ll play a vital role in creating a positive and welcoming experience. You’ll be responsible for:

  • Greeting and assisting patients: Making them feel comfortable and at ease from the moment they walk in.
  • Managing appointments: Scheduling, confirming, and rescheduling appointments efficiently.
  • Handling patient enquiries: Providing information and addressing concerns with professionalism and empathy.
  • Maintaining patient records: Ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Maintaining patient accounts: Ensuring correct payments are taken and explained correctly.
  • Supporting the clinical team: Assisting with administrative tasks and maintaining a tidy reception area.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: You should be comfortable interacting with people of all ages and backgrounds. This is an essential skill which may be transferred from experience in many backgrounds in customer facing environments.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills: You should be able to multitask and prioritise effectively.
  • Proficiency in computer systems: You should be comfortable with PC applications. Experience with dental practice management software is a plus but not essential as training will be provided.
  • A positive and enthusiastic attitude: You should be passionate about providing excellent patient care.
