We are looking for an experienced receptionist to join our small friendly practice in the heart of Ripponden Village.
The ideal candidate for this role will have some dental reception experience but this is not essential. We operate a fast paced environment where our ethos is based around team work to deliver the highest standard of care and service to our patients.

As a Receptionist, you will be required to demonstrate:

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organised
• First class customer service via email, telephone and face-to-face
• Computer literate
• A genuine passion for helping people and creating a second to none customer service journey
• The ability to work on your own initiative
• Excellent organisational skills
• Flexibility and the capability to work well with others to assist in the smooth day-to-day running of the practice.
• A willingness to learn
• Managing a busy dental reception for NHS and Private patient base.

Full training will be provided for the right person.
Hours of work for this role is likely to be Wednesday, Thursday and Friday morning although flexibility discussions may be an option.
