Customer Service experience
-Excellent communication skills with good command of English Language (written and spoken)
-Good knowledge of Dentally or other dental patient management software

Responsibilities
Opening and closing the practice
Attending to patients on the phone, email and in person
Being the first point of contact for the patients
Contacting new inquiries and following up with patients
Management and optimization of appointment books and emails
