Description

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and organised Dental Receptionist to join our welcoming dental practice. As the first point of contact for our patients, you’ll play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer service and supporting the smooth operation of the practice.

  • Greet patients warmly and assist with check-in procedures
  • Manage appointments, including booking, rescheduling, and confirmations
  • Respond to patient inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email professionally and courteously
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
  • Process payments and handle billing queries efficiently
  • Coordinate with dental staff to ensure a seamless patient experience
  • Keep the reception area clean, tidy, and organised
  • Provide general administrative support as needed

  • Requirements
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role, ideally within a healthcare or dental setting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service focus with a warm, approachable manner
  • Ability to multitask and remain organised in a busy environment
  • Proficient with office software; experience with dental practice management systems is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Positive attitude and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.21-£14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 33 per week
