JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a friendly and organised Dental Receptionist to join our practice at 156 Hackney Road E2 7QL. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service while managing administrative tasks efficiently. EXPERIENCE

  • Previous office experience is essential, preferably in a healthcare or dental setting.

Responsibilities

THE ROLE

Responsible for provided excellent levels of patient care handling all enquiries, booking appointments, greeting patients on arrival. You will also be responsible for keeping accurate medical records, working in compliance with the CQC. Using both bespoke industry systems as well as MS office and social media. You will also be exposed to working with invoicing complex pricing structure so accuracy and attention to detail is essential.
Presentable with excellent oral and written English
Passion for providing excellent customer service.
Excellent organisational skills and an ability to multi- task
Be able to work under pressure
Good IT skills
Proven attention to detail.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Greet patients warmly as they arrive at the practice and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and cancellations effectively.
  • Handle patient inquiries and provide information regarding services offered.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and update information as necessary.
  • Process patient payments and manage billing inquiries.
  • Collaborate with dental staff to ensure smooth operation of the practice.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
