JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a friendly and organised Dental Receptionist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service while managing administrative tasks efficiently. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in an administrative or office role, preferably within a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Proficient in using office equipment and computer software for scheduling and record management.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively under pressure.
  • A friendly disposition with a professional appearance is essential.
  • Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is advantageous but not mandatory.
