The team at Studio Dental – Sherway Gardens, Etobicoke, ON are looking for a passionate, hard-working Dental Receptionist on a part-time permanent basis.
The ideal dental receptionist for our team is someone with a bubbly attitude and amazing customer service skills.

TWO YEARS OF DENTAL RECEPTIONIST EXPERIENCE NECESSARY

  • Experience with dental practice management software such as Oris and/or Tracker is considered an asset
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
  • Customer service mindset

Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the dental office
  • Answer phone calls and schedule appointments for patients
  • Manage patient records and update electronic medical records
  • Verify insurance coverage and process insurance claims
  • Collect payments from patients and provide them with necessary receipts
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
    As a Dental Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the dental office. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting patients, scheduling appointments, managing patient records, processing insurance claims, and providing administrative support.
    The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a dental office or similar administrative role. Proficiency in using dental office software such as Tracker or similar systems is highly desirable. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask are essential for success in this role.
