OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated and organized Team Lead Dental Receptionist to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing excellent patient care and possess strong administrative skills. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist or in a similar role within a dental office is preferred with a Minimum of 3-5 years experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using electronic medical records systems, specifically Paradigm.
  • Strong understanding of dental terminology related to dental practices.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
  • Experience with front desk operations and administrative duties is essential.
  • Mandarin and/or Cantonese and/or Farsi Speaking is an asset.

    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
    Pay: $25.50-$29.50 per hour
