JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Dental Receptionist / Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dental office by providing exceptional front desk support and patient care. SKILLS

  • Proficiency in Tracker software is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of medical terminology related to dentistry.
  • Previous experience as a dental receptionist or treatment coordinator in a dental office setting is preferred.
  • Familiarity with pediatric dentistry and orthodontics
  • Administrative experience with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle multi-line phone systems effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
