Dental Receptionist Position working at our Sheffield practice’s - This role is between two sites.
We are a forward thinking group of dental practices committed to high quality care in a state of the art environment. Our team strive to provide patients with healthy teeth and a beautiful smile.
We are currently recruiting an enthusiastic and driven person to join our front of house. The perfect candidate will be professional, greet patients in a friendly manner and be well organised.
In house training will be provided and a commitment to continual professional development.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven office and administrative experience, preferably in a dental or healthcare setting
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficient in using office software and scheduling tools
• Ability to manage patient records and appointments efficiently
• Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is a plus

Experience:

• Dental receptionist: 1 year (preferred

• Greet and assist patients upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
• Manage appointment scheduling and maintain accurate patient records.
• Handle phone inquiries and provide information about services offered.
• Process patient payments and insurance claims efficiently.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
• Collaborate with dental staff to ensure smooth office operations.
• Uphold confidentiality and adhere to health regulations.
