Description

We are looking for a full time dental receptionist to join our busy NHS & Private practice.

Key tasks and skills required

  • Great communication and customer service skills
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage a varied workload
  • Strong work ethic, teamwork ability with an enthusiastic people-first attitude
  • Previous experience of working in a Dental Practice environment is highly desirable for this position, ideally with experience of SOE software
  • Follow all practice systems and policies
  • Answer the telephone and deal with patient enquiries in a positive, efficient and friendly manner
  • Schedule patient appointments, collect and record patient payments in accordance with the practice policies
  • Assist throughout the practice and perform such other tasks as reasonably requested by the principals and Practice Manager

We are looking for a flexible, enthusiastic and motivated individual who can prove attention to details, commitment to patients and who is able to work on their own initiative.
Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
