With that in mind, we are keen to add a second Dental Receptionist to help facilitate its existing and growing number of new patients.

• Front of house and the first point of contact
• Provide a first class concierge service to all of our clients who attend the clinic
• Meeting clients, responsible for checking them in, managing their appointments to ensure they have a seamless journey throughout their dental treatment.
• Managing telephone calls from new and existing clients
• Dealing with day-to-day administrative tasks
• Taking deposits and payments from clients
• Managing new leads via CRM systems
• Dealing with finance applications
• Responsible for ensuring a great ambience in the clinic reception
