EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist is a must.
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records systems, specifically Dentrix.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology related to dentistry is beneficial.
  • Proficient in using phone systems and office equipment.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with patients and staff.
