JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly organized and friendly Dental Receptionist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service while managing administrative tasks efficiently. This role requires a strong understanding of dental office procedures and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist or in a similar role within a dental or medical office is required.
  • Proficiency in using Cleardent or similar dental software is highly desirable.
  • Strong administrative skills with experience in paperless and digital systems.
  • Ability to manage multi-line phone systems effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.

  • Collaborate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient office operations.
