Description

We are looking for a highly motivated front desk receptionist/dental receptionist to join our team at Xfinity Dental. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing excellent customer service and working in a fast-paced environment. Experience working with OpenDental is beneficial but not required and training will be provided.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients and visitors, and provide a warm and friendly welcome
  • Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the appointment book
  • Verify insurance coverage and process payments
  • Coordinate with dental assistants and dentists to ensure a smooth patient flow
  • Maintain accurate and organized patient records
  • Perform other administrative duties as needed

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Experience in OpenDental software beneficial but not required
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
