Description:
We are looking for a Dental Receptionist/ Front of House to join our team.
The position will be at our fully private state of the art practice based in Islington, London, N1.
The successful candidate will be responsible for all front of house duties such as greeting patients, scheduling appointments, answering phones, and managing patient records and discussing treatment with our patients.
Position is full-time, pay to be determined based on experience.
The ideal candidate needs to be a people person and have excellent customer service skills. Also, be able to multitask and stay organised in a fast-paced environment, and ideally have an understanding of dental terminology and procedures, though training can be provided for a non dental background candidate.
Dental nursing experience or a desire to undergo training for nursing would also be a bonus.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing quality care to our patients and who possesses a friendly, positive and approachable manner.
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors in a professional manner.
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments.
- Maintain patient records and files.
- Collect payments from patients and process insurance claims.
- Maintain the office supplies inventory.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, typing, copying, and scanning documents.
- Provide excellent customer service to patients.
- Assist in the patient journey and treatment discussions (training provided)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £12.50-£15.00 per hour
