Experience working in the dental field is not required, but prior phone service is. Required to make 150 calls per day. A cheerful attitude a must. Additional requirements of this administrative role include: •High School Diploma or equivalent •1 to 2 years of call center experience or dental scheduling is a deal breaker •Customer Service experience / personality •Experience using Eaglesoft a plus •Experience using Microsoft office including Word, Outlook, and Excel •Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills •Bilingual Preferred (English, Spanish) Competitive wages ($18 to $20 depending on work history) Additional Information Job Types: Full-time Job Type: Full-time Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Some weekends Work Location: Multiple locations (Lancaster / Palmdale)
