  • Maintain accurate electronic patient records and appointment details.
  • Communicate clearly and politely with patients about appointments, cancellations, and rescheduling.
  • Collaborate with the dental team to streamline workflows and support timely patient care.
  • Work with administrative staff to ensure successful daily office operations and administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a dental office is required.
  • Proficiency in Abeldent is an asset.
  • Strong knowledge of dental terminology.
  • Excellent organizational skills with multitasking abilities.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Team-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Supervisory experience is a plus but not mandatory.
