At K Smiles Dental Care, we don’t just book appointments—we build trust, relieve stress, and help patients feel seen, heard, and cared for. We’re looking for a Dental Scheduler who thrives in a high-paced environment, loves engaging with people, and wants more than just a job. We want someone who’s hungry to grow, pays attention to detail, and leads with integrity.
If health and wellbeing matter to you—not just for patients, but in your own life—you’ll feel at home here. We believe that taking care of others starts with taking care of ourselves and each other.

  • Fast on the keyboard (35+ WPM), organized, and tech-savvy.
  • Able to prioritize under pressure, solve problems, and stay calm when it’s busy.
  • You do what you say you’ll do, and care about doing it well.
  • You prioritize health, wellbeing, and high standards, both personally and professionally.
  • Available for shifts that include:
  • Monday & Wednesday: 12 PM – 8 PM
  • Tuesday & Thursday: 10 AM – 6 PM
  • Friday: 9 AM – 1 PM
  • Saturday: 9 AM – 1 PM
