Description

Exciting opportunity for an administrative co-ordinator to join the periodontal and oral surgery services of a busy multidisciplinary specialist dental clinic. We are looking for someone enthusiastic and hard working to join our team. We will consider receptionists with various levels of experience. Some dental experience would be an advantage. Our priority is to get the right person on board and training will be provided. You will have lots of support and our team will guide you along the initially steep learning curve.
The ideal candidate will be professional, competent and empathetic as you will often be the first contact that patients will have with the clinic. This person will be responsible for scheduling appointments, handling payments, receiving referral letters, generating charts along with phone and email management throughout the day. You will have the full support of our experienced team.
Fluent verbal and written English is a requirement as this is a very fast paced environment.
