We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Sterilization Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and sterile environment within our dental practice. This position involves the cleaning, sterilization, and preparation of dental instruments and equipment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The Sterilization Technician will work closely with dental staff to support patient care and enhance operational efficiency.

• Clean, disinfect, and sterilize dental instruments and equipment according to established protocols.
• Prepare and organize instruments for dental procedures, ensuring all necessary tools are readily available.
• Monitor sterilization processes and maintain accurate records of sterilization cycles.
• Adhere to infection control standards and safety guidelines to prevent cross-contamination.
• Assist in inventory management by tracking supplies and notifying management of low stock levels.
• Collaborate with dental assistants and reception staff to ensure smooth workflow within the practice.
• Maintain cleanliness of the sterilization area and other related workspaces.
