SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:

We’re looking for self-motivated candidates with the following requirements:

  • Minimum GCE ‘N’/’O’ level
  • Professional certificate (NITEC) or equivalent degree/ diploma
  • Hardworking, energetic, detail-oriented, kind and considerate
  • Good with children
  • No experience necessary, but candidates with previous relevant work experience preferred
  • Able to communicate in English. Ability in a secondary language, such as: Mandarin, Bahasa, or dialects a bonus
Responsibilities
  • Support the dentist in all aspects of patient care, including getting appropriate instruments ready, mixing materials and ensuring patient comfort
  • Taking notes from dentists dictation for record
  • Sterilizing all dental instruments
  • Assist with reception work – booking and managing appointments, attending to walk-in and phone enquiries, registering patients, billing, collecting payments, dealing with paperwork.
  • Dispensing medicine as prescribed by the dentist
  • General housekeeping to ensuring clinic cleanliness
