Description This position will clean models/printers, match ovens, cut & match wax, nest models/units and swap prints. The dental technician will review and follow prescriptions and strive to meet daily production requirements. Requirements Essential Job Functions: · Clean models and printers. · Match dental units to the proper case after sintering in the oven. · Cut out dental units from the wax puck and match to the proper case. · Nest models/units onto puck for milling and ensure proper height. · Greenstate models - properly shading the unit to the desired shade · Remove dental models from the printer platform and clean and match to the proper case pan. · Read and follow Doctors’ prescriptions and preferences. · Organize, prioritize, and plan workload in order to meet daily production requirements. · Ensure work is performed according to quality standards. Required Skills and Qualifications: · High School Diploma or GED required · Self-motivated and able to work autonomously · Able to use small hand instruments · Communicate and work well with others · Strong visual perception, manual dexterity, and motor skills · Strong reading comprehension skills and attention to detail · Ability to produce within a deadline Hours: Third Shift 11:00 pm to 7:30 am
