QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in dental CAD design (lab setting)
• Proficient in 3Shape software (Crown & Bridge module is a must)
• Strong knowledge of dental anatomy, occlusion, and margin design
• Experience with implant and/or denture design is an asset, but not required
• CAM experience (nesting, exporting for milling/printing) is a plus
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines
• Strong organizational and communication skills

ROLE OVERVIEW:

Streamline Dental Milling is seeking a Dental Designer with CAD/CAM experience, specializing in Crown & Bridge design using 3Shape. As a member of our in-house digital team, you’ll work in a fast-paced lab-to-lab environment focused on precision, efficiency, and high-quality results.
This is an on-site role at our Oshawa-based milling and printing center, serving dental laboratories across Canada.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design Crown & Bridge restorations using 3Shape Dental System
• Prepare and optimize designs for milling and 3D printing (CAM preparation)
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and quality standards
• Communicate with partner labs for case clarification when required
• Perform basic invoicing and case tracking in lab management software
• Assist in file management, nesting, and machine operation support as needed
