THE ROLE

We are seeking a detail-oriented GDC registered Dental Technician to focus on quality control and customer liaison. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both the technical and communication aspects of the profession.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Inspect finished dental appliances to ensure they meet our quality standards and specifications.
• Construct dental prostheses - including vacuum formed appliances
• Communicate with dental practices to clarify requirements, provide updates, and resolve queries.
• Support the workflow by checking incoming and outgoing cases for accuracy.
• Maintain accurate records of quality checks and customer interactions.
• Collaborate with technicians to address any issues promptly.
