QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
· Completion of an AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma
· At least one year of related experience
· Solid understanding of dental materials, tools, and fabrication techniques.
· Ability to follow detailed technical instructions with accuracy.
· Strong communication and collaboration skills when working with dentists and other healthcare professionals.
· A commitment to high standards of hygiene, safety, and infection control.
· Attention to detail and excellent manual dexterity.
· Comfortable using modern dental lab technologies and dental software.

Pay: $75,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year

· Educate patients, families, and the community on effective oral health practices and preventative care strategies.
· Administer fluoride treatments and other solutions to strengthen teeth and reduce sensitivity.
· Perform professional teeth cleanings to remove plaque, stains, and tartar buildup.
· Apply protective sealants, especially for children, to help prevent cavities.
· Take accurate impressions of patients’ mouths for custom dental appliances.
· Capture and process dental X-rays to aid in diagnosis and treatment planning.
· Administer local anaesthesia through infiltration and nerve block techniques (where qualified and authorized).
· Design and construct both full and partial dentures.
· Fabricate custom dental devices, including mouthguards, crowns, inlays, bridgework, and metal components.
· Repair, reline, and adjust existing dentures to ensure optimal fit and patient comfort.
