  • Recognised qualifications in Dental Technology, such as a BTEC, Foundation Degree, or Degree in Dental Technology GDC Registration as a Dental Technician (essential) Demonstrated experience with modern dental technology, including CAD/CAM software (3Shape, Exocad), 3D printing workflows, and digital impression systems Strong technical, organisational, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

THE ROLE

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Dental Technician
(Must have GDC registration) to join us as a founding team member. This is an exceptional opportunity for a skilled technician to take a leading role in a new and innovative lab environment, with real scope to influence our systems, standards, and success from day one.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manufacture a range of custom dental appliances including crowns, bridges, dentures, splints, and orthodontic devices
  • Interpret and execute detailed dental prescriptions, models, and scans with precision
  • Use the latest dental technology, including CAD/CAM systems (e.g., Exocad, 3Shape), 3D printers, and digital workflow tools
  • Maintain accurate documentation in line with MHRA, GDC, and MDR compliance standards
  • Assist in optimising lab processes and workflow systems
  • Collaborate closely with dentists and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality outcomes
