Paragon Dental Lab Pty Ltd is looking for a Dental Technician with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience and a relevant Bachelor’s Degree.

Responsibilities
  • Create customised dental solutions such as crowns, bridges, dentures and veneers using advanced CAD/CAM software
  • Design and manufacture complete and partial denture sets tailored to individual patient specifications and oral anatomy
  • Construct precision-fitted inlays and onlays to restore damaged tooth structures while maintaining optimal function
  • Perform porcelain and ceramic work to produce aesthetically pleasing, natural-looking dental restorations
  • Fabricate orthodontic retainers and other corrective appliances following detailed treatment plans
  • Build custom dental bridges to replace missing teeth and restore proper bite alignment
  • Execute comprehensive denture base repairs, including crack fixes, tooth replacements, and structural reinforcements
  • Perform relining procedures on existing dentures to improve fit, comfort, and retention
  • Restore damaged crowns and bridges through careful reconstruction and material matching techniques
  • Conduct quality assessments of completed work to ensure structural integrity and aesthetic standards
  • Take precise dental impressions and create accurate working models for appliance construction
  • Collaborate closely with dentists to understand their needs and deliver exceptional client service
  • Operate and maintain sophisticated laboratory equipment, including furnaces, casting machines, and digital scanners
  • Maintain detailed records and ensure all work adheres to industry standards and regulations
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay up-to-date with the latest techniques and technologies
  • Assist in the overall operations of the dental laboratory as required
  • Select appropriate materials and colour matching for optimal aesthetic and functional outcomes in dental restoration
