POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dental Lab Technician with expertise in both ceramic artistry and CAD/CAM design. This is a unique chance to not only create beautiful, functional restorations, but to help lay the foundation for a modern, forward-thinking dental lab.

• Design and mill restorations using CAD/CAM systems (Exocad, 3Shape or similar).
• Perform ceramic layering, staining and glazing with a focus on aesthetics and accuracy.
• Collaborate closely with dentists to ensure restorations meet expectations for fit, function and appearance.
• Establish workflows, systems and best practices for the new laboratory.
• Maintain and troubleshoot digital equipment and milling systems.
• Stay current with materials, digital tools and techniques in restorative dentistry.
