POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Dental Techniciam/Prosthetist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the complete production, adjustment, and fitting of dentures and oral prosthetic devices from start to finish. This role is hands-on, patient-focused, and requires a high level of technical skill, attention to detail, and commitment to patient care.

• Independently design, fabricate, and fit full and partial dentures, including repairing bases and performing relines.
• Take accurate digital and traditional impressions and record bite registrations.
• Perform denture setups in wax with attention to balance, fit, and aesthetics.
• Conduct try-ins and issue final dentures in a professional and timely manner.
• Pour impressions, trim, and complete finishing processes for all denture works.
• Communicate effectively with patients to explain treatment plans and prosthetic care.
• Participate in clinical planning meetings and collaborate with dentists and interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes.
• Provide dental treatment planning tailored to each patient’s unique needs.
• Stay updated with advancements in prosthetic materials, CAD/CAM workflows, and modern fabrication techniques.
• Collaborate with medical professionals in complex rehabilitation cases (e.g. facial prosthetics including orbital, nasal, and auricular devices if applicable).
• Troubleshoot technical challenges and contribute to innovation within the prosthetic team.
