QUALIFICATIONS

  • Prior experience in a dental or medical setting, particularly in a customer service and sales role.
  • Candidates should have knowledge of dental terminology preferably in clear aligner treatment.
  • Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively communicate with patients, as well as organizational skills to manage patient records and scheduling. Basic computer skills and proficiency with electronic health record software may also be required.
  • Detail-oriented, professional, empathetic, and patient-focused.Ability to work well in a team and handle stressful situations with tact and diplomacy is also important.
  • Possess strong convincing and selling skills to close deals.
  • Background in clear aligners is an added advantage.
    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
    Pay: $28.00 – $33.00 per hour

Responsibilities
  • Managing new leads and following up with potential patients. The coordinator will responsible for promoting and selling clear aligner treatment to potential patients.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to patients and ensuring that they have a positive experience throughout their treatment.
  • Building and maintaining excellent relationships with patients throughout their treatment journey, including follow-up appointments and aftercare.
  • Conducting patient consultations and explaining the treatment process, including costs, timelines, and expected outcomes.
  • Using 3D scans of patients’ teeth to create treatment plans and presenting these to our dental professionals for review.
  • Assisting patients with payment and financial arrangements for their treatment.
  • Performing general administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, and answering phone and email inquiries.
  • Assisting at chairside as a dental assistant when necessary.
  • Eligible for commissions for every successful case that you help to facilitate.
