JOB SUMMARY

Key duties include patient consultation, scheduling appointments, building patient rapport, liaising with referring dentists, tracking referrals, and supporting the clinical team to focus on dentistry.Strong communication, empathy, organizational skills, and an understanding of dental procedures and financing are essential for success in this role. Key Responsibilities

  • Patient Support & Education:Acts as the primary point of contact, explaining complex treatment options, costs, and finance plans in an understandable way.
  • Treatment Plan Management:Guides patients through their entire treatment journey, helping them make informed decisions and ensuring they feel comfortable and supported.
  • Financial Coordination:Discusses treatment fees, explores payment options, and helps patients arrange necessary financing.
  • Appointment Scheduling:Manages and schedules appointments to optimize treatment delivery and practice efficiency.
  • Referral Management:Promotes new patient bookings, records private referrals, and builds relationships with referring dentists.
  • Administrative Support:Assists the clinical team with administrative tasks, such as writing treatment plan letters and managing follow-ups.
  • Patient Advocacy:Addresses patient concerns, overcomes objections, and supports nervous patients, ensuring they have a positive experience.
  • will at times be required to cover other sites in south london
