OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Treatment Coordinator to join our dental clinic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that patients receive the highest level of care by coordinating treatment plans, managing patient schedules, and facilitating communication between patients and dental professionals. This position requires a strong understanding of dental terminology, coding, and documentation review, as well as excellent interpersonal skills.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience as a dental receptionist or in a similar role within a dental clinic is preferred, this position is ideal for a trained dental assistant
  • Familiarity with dental scheduling systems and documentation practices is essential. our office uses Dentrix
  • Knowledge of dent billing, coding, and terminology is required to effectively manage treatment coordination.
  • Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse patient populations.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to ensure accurate documentation and scheduling.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to foster positive relationships with patients and staff.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
