SimplyOne Dental is looking for 2 enthusiastic, full time (4-5days) Treatment Coordinator for our sites in Tameside.
The ideal candidate will have excellent people management skills and will care about providing a first class patient journey.
Our practices in Ashton Under Lyne (newly built 12 surgery site) and Droylsden (8 Surgery Site) combined are Tameside’s largest dental provider part of a group of 8 family owned practices around Greater Manchester. Both practices are situated within 5 minutes’ drive off the M60 Motorway. We have vacancies at both our sites.
We use the latest equipment and Dentally Software, Digital practices, OPG, CBCT, Microscope, Itero Scanners, Rotary Endo system, Digital Radiography. Along with the above, we offer smile make overs, Bonding, STO and Implant Dentistry.

  • Professional, personable and excellent communication skills
  • Skilled at building relationships with patients on the phone and face to face
  • Ability to overcome objections and barriers to treatment
  • Articulate the benefits of treatment at SimplyOne Dental
  • Motivated by achieving goals
  • Experience in digital scanning preferred
  • Understanding of Social Media Platforms
  • Organised, proficient multi-tasker with impeccable attention to detail
  • GDC registered

More about the role:
The role will involve reception and Treatment Coordinator work, so the ideal candidate will be flexible and happy to transition between the two as needed:

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing clinicians’ diaries – booking patients in and managing any issues that may arise
  • Presenting and explaining detailed treatment plans, including scanning and presenting
  • Discussing pricing and payment options to the patient
  • Following-up and monitoring treatment uptake
  • Supporting all members of staff to maintain a smooth-running practice
