COMPENSATION & BENEFITS $33–$35/hr based on experience Performance-based office bonuses Medical, Dental, Vision & Life Insurance 401(k) with company match 10 PTO days (after 1 year) + 7 sick days annually 10 paid holidays after 90 days Commuter benefits Paid HIPAA, OSHA & CPR certifications Referral & acquisition bonuses ($3000 per hired referral) YOUR SCHEDULE Monday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM Saturday & Sunday: OFF always Requirements WHAT YOU'LL DO Present comprehensive treatment plans clearly and confidently, collaborating closely with the clinical team Drive treatment acceptance using proven sales techniques and patient-centered communication Educate patients on financial options including CareCredit, Lending Club, and Sunbit Support in-network and out-of-network insurance billing, breakdowns, and collections Assist with accounts receivable and patient and insurance follow-up Manage scheduling, case coordination, and administrative responsibilities across a fast-paced office Build lasting patient relationships that drive retention and referrals WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR 3+ years as a Dental Treatment Coordinator or sales-focused dental role — required Proven track record of presenting and closing treatment plans Strong knowledge of dental procedures, patient education, and treatment coordination Proficiency in union insurance, in-network and out-of-network billing, and third-party financing Experience with Open Dental strongly preferred; familiarity with Asana, Zoom, and Google Suite a plus Exceptional communication, persuasion, and closing skills Highly organized with strong multitasking and time management ability Patient-first mindset with a drive to maximize both satisfaction and office revenue Location: Gramercy Dental Center, New York, NY (In-Person) Job Type: Full-Time Pay: $33–$35/hr + Commission Schedule: Monday–Friday | No Weekends Experience Required: 3+ years dental treatment coordination or dental sales Think you have what it takes to lead patient experience and drive real results?
