We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Dental Triage Administrator to join our Calgary team and support our clinical operations.
About the Role
As a Dental Triage Technician, you will be the first point of contact, helping to assess and prioritize incoming cases. You’ll play a key role in ensuring that urgent dental needs are addressed promptly and that all cases are routed efficiently to the appropriate departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review incoming dental cases and documentation for completeness and urgency.
  • Communicate with dental offices to clarify prescriptions, patient details, and timelines.
  • Prioritize cases based on clinical urgency and lab capacity.
  • Enter case data into the lab management system accurately and efficiently.
  • Coordinate with lab technicians and customer service to ensure timely processing.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all communications

Qualifications:

  • Experience in dental administration, triage, or customer service preferred.
  • Strong understanding of dental terminology and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and dental lab software systems
