Compensation & Benefits: • Salary range: $160,000 – $198,000 annually (based on years of licensure, from new graduate through 25+ years) • Sign-on bonus: Up to $20,000 (50% paid on first paycheck, remainder after one year) • Relocation assistance: Up to $10,000 • Student loan repayment: Up to $20,000 per year • HRSA loan forgiveness eligibility • Health insurance options including HDHP and HSA plans • Paid Time Off: 224 hours annually (approximately 7 weeks) • 11 paid holidays • Retirement plan: 403(b) with 2% employer match • CME: $3,500 annually plus 40 hours of paid CME time • Dental licensure and DEA fees paid by employer • Visa support available (H1B and J1, cap-exempt) Schedule & Practice Details: • Monday–Thursday: 7:30 AM – 12:15 PM and 1:00 PM – 5:15 PM • Friday coverage flexibility as needed • No weekend call • Patients of all ages • Team support: 3 dental assistants (including 1 EFDA) • Technology: Dentrix and Dolphin imaging systems Responsibilities: • Provide comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages • Diagnose and treat oral health conditions • Develop and implement patient-centered treatment plans • Collaborate with dental assistants and clinical staff • Maintain compliance with clinical, safety, and regulatory standards Requirements • Clear and active Dentist license in the state of Maine • DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental program • New graduates are welcome to apply All requirements listed above are mandatory and non-negotiable.
Responsibilities
