COMPENSATION Base Salary: $140,000-$180,000. Annual quality and productivity bonus. Student loan repayment eligibility up to $50,000. 403(b) retirement plan with 5% employer match. 160 hours Paid Time Off. POSITION OVERVIEW Provide comprehensive general dentistry in a progressive outpatient Community Health Center. Deliver preventive, restorative, and routine dental care while building long-term patient relationships. Practice bread-and-butter dentistry with strong clinical autonomy and experienced support staff. Collaborate with dental assistants and administrative staff to provide efficient, patient-centered care. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment planning. WHY DENTISTS ARE APPLYING Monday 8:30 AM-7:00 PM. Tuesday-Thursday 8:30 AM-5:00 PM. Friday 8:30 AM-12:30 PM. 4½-day workweek. 8 paid holidays.
