COMPENSATION Base Salary: $140,000-$180,000. Annual quality and productivity bonus. Student loan repayment eligibility up to $50,000. 403(b) retirement plan with 5% employer match. 160 hours Paid Time Off. POSITION OVERVIEW Provide comprehensive general dentistry in a progressive outpatient Community Health Center. Deliver preventive, restorative, and routine dental care while building long-term patient relationships. Practice bread-and-butter dentistry with strong clinical autonomy and experienced support staff. Collaborate with dental assistants and administrative staff to provide efficient, patient-centered care. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment planning. WHY DENTISTS ARE APPLYING Monday 8:30 AM-7:00 PM. Tuesday-Thursday 8:30 AM-5:00 PM. Friday 8:30 AM-12:30 PM. 4½-day workweek. 8 paid holidays. Continuing Medical Education allowance and paid CME time. Employer-paid malpractice coverage. DEA and license renewal reimbursement. New graduates encouraged to apply. Requirements MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Current Pennsylvania Dental License. Ability to provide comprehensive general dentistry services. Strong diagnostic, restorative, and preventive dentistry skills.
