THE OPPORTUNITY

A well-established, high-performing private clinic in Bathurst is seeking a driven Associate Dentist to take over the books of a clinician who is relocating, as such, you’ll be stepping into very busy books from day 1.
The practice is known for delivering comprehensive general and advanced treatment – including All-on-X, implants, cosmetic dentistry, ortho, and oral surgery and the patients are already accustomed to high-end and comprehensive care.
You’ll work in a 4-chair clinic with a close-knit team led by senior dentists who are passionate about mentorship, particularly in implants.
The clinic is equipped with CBCT, CEREC, and intraoral scanners and has a strong clinical infrastructure in place.
This is a long-term role for someone switched-on, humble, and hungry to grow clinically and financially. There are robust systems, support, and patient demand already in place to help you succeed.
The role is for 4–4.5 days/week, and you’ll be busy from the start.
