THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re looking for a senior Dentist to take the reins at a well-established 2-chair practice in Rockhampton. This role is ideal for someone looking to transition into a Senior role or a Principal Dentist role, or someone looking for a path towards it, or who’s already been operating at that level, and is eager to set the tone and lead clinically and culturally.
With one of the region’s most reputable dentists stepping back after nearly three decades at the helm, this is a unique opportunity to inherit a strong patient base and a practice known for its community roots and quality care. The incoming dentist will be supported in the backend by strong practice and operations managers.

• A senior Associate Dentist with 5+ years’ Australian experience
• Strong scope across general dentistry, with clear aligner or implant experience (or an interest in it) preferred
• An ambitious person who is keen to lead by example, both clinically and culturally
• You’re someone who wants to build up those around you
• A great communicator with a friendly chairside manner
• Keen to take on an established patient base with minimal ramp-up time
• Open to growing with the practice and helping shape its future
• Be a people person and make an impact on the community
• You have AHPRA registration without conditions
• You hold current professional indemnity insurance
• You have a growth mindset and are always open to improvement and learning new things
